Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the slot to another client. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. A no-show fee of will be charged and must be paid before booking any future appointments. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a requirement to prepay for services or, in some cases, refusal of future bookings.
